The Festa no Play platform provides custom digital invitation design and sales services (Cards, Videos, and Combos) for various events, as well as the RSVP confirmation service called PlayPresença.
By accessing and using this website, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree with any provision, they must immediately cease using the platform.
Digital invitations are custom-made products. After payment confirmation, the standard delivery time is up to 3 (three) business days. Prices are listed in Brazilian Reais (R$) and may be changed without prior notice, respecting already confirmed orders. Products include: Card (static image) — R$ 20.00; 8-second Video — R$ 50.00; Combo 16s Video + Card — R$ 99.90.
Payments are processed exclusively through the Mercado Pago platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Festa no Play does not store credit card data or users' financial information.
In accordance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990, Art. 49), the consumer may cancel the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the custom product has not yet been started. If production has already begun, the refund will be proportional.
All website content, including but not limited to texts, images, videos, logos, layouts, and source code, is the exclusive property of Lb Serviços Digitais e Entretenimento Ltda or licensed from third parties, protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9.610/1998). Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing an order, including event details, texts, and images sent for customization. Festa no Play is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
The RSVP confirmation service is offered as a complementary feature. Guest data collected (name, phone, confirmation) is stored securely and accessible only to the event host. The host is responsible for informing their guests about data collection.
Festa no Play is not responsible for: (a) temporary website unavailability due to technical or maintenance reasons; (b) damages resulting from improper use of the platform; (c) third-party content linked to the website; (d) failures in payment services operated by Mercado Pago.
The company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the respective update date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For any disputes, the jurisdiction of Feira de Santana – BA, Brazil is elected, with express waiver of any other.
